Christmas Lunch
On 25 December every year we enjoy providing a traditional lunch, companionship, and the spirit of Christmas for Tasmanians in the south of the state.
Our Community Christmas Lunch has been an annual event bringing the community together for 40 years.
This year, we are excited to be hosting our traditional Community Christmas Lunch at our new venue:
In The Hanging Garden, 153 Liverpool Street
25th December 2023
12pm – 1.30pm
We will be working with Flint Kitchen on catering and will still be looking to the community for their wonderful donations of time, food, gifts, and funds. We are honoured to work with people and businesses together to deliver support, companionship and care for those who need it most.

We’re also very proud to have partnered with the 2023 ABC Giving Tree! ABC Tasmania has officially launched its 35th year of the ABC Giving Tree Appeal, with donations now open. All donations will be distributed to Tasmanian charities including us to buy toys, gift cards and food hampers for individuals and families this Christmas. Please help out if you can!
