The South East Employment Hub is a community designed program, providing a localised, flexible, person-centred approach to delivering employment services to community. Based in Sorell, the servicing area spans from Cambridge to Triabunna down to the Tasman Peninsula region.
The program is designed to link local people with local jobs and assist community members on their individual journey to further education and training and/or employment, including linking people with other services.
Together with the local Workforce Development Officer and Trade Training Centre, the Employment Hub will also act strategically, preparing locals of all ages to meet industry sector needs of the future.
At COVID-19 Stage 3 – Remote Service Delivery
Due to the current Coronavirus situation we are very mindful of the need to limit the potential community transmission of the virus. With this in mind, SE@RCH staff will be available through phone, email, sms and videoconferencing.
Current Service Delivery
- We are here to support you. Our staff remain to work as per normal remotely and new referrals are being taken.
- All of our consumer contact is via telephone or videoconferencing (face to face via appointment only).
